Filming in Business Areas

As one of the largest centers for motion picture production in North America, British Columbia is known for its film-friendly businesses.  Production activity continues to play an important role in the province’s economy, creating career and growth opportunities throughout B.C.  The continued success of the industry is reliant on ongoing collaboration with community partners.

The Provincial Film Commission has developed tools to support merchants with filming in their area.
